All of our products are food safe and can be used in a dishwasher, microwave and oven, but should never be placed directly on stovetop burners.
To ensure a long life for your pottery, this is a list of things that are NOT recommended to do:

  • Placing a cold dish into a preheated oven
  • Immersing a hot dish into cold water or a freezer
  • Putting a dish too close to the heating element in the oven
  • Dropping the pottery on a hard surface

We offer a variable flat rate based on your location and order size and Free Shipping for orders over $120, using USPS ground advantage for most orders.

We ship all orders within 1-3 business days, using sustainable, eco-friendly packaging materials.
Usually, you'll get your pottery within 3-7 business days from the moment you buy it. Sometimes, though, deliveries out west might take a bit longer.

Returns / Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy from the moment of delivery.
To be eligible, ensure the item is unused and returned in its original packaging or equivalent.

To initiate a return/exchange, please contact us at support@blanketcreekpottery.com with your order number and we will provide you with a return label. Once we get the item back, we will issue a refund with a deduction of $9 to cover the return shipping.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item was damaged in transit, please email us a picture of it and save the product and its packing material for us to be able to initiate a damage claim.
We will send out an immediate replacement, and let you know if any further steps are needed.

For a couple of reasons, I needed a slightly smaller dinner plate than American dinner plates are. European dinner plates are 9 inches, American plates are 10-12 inches and I wanted a 9 and a half in plate. I couldn't find any in that size anywhere. I was so happy when I found an artist who could make the plates the exact size I need. So many artists say they make custom plates but they actually don't. They have a plate of a set size and color, the only 'custom' aspect is making the plates on order instead of them being 'in stock.' This potter was very easy to work with, keeping me apprized of his progress with my order and producing photos of the colors he was using. He shipped them carefully. I am extremely pleased with my purchase.
