All of our products are food safe and can be used in a dishwasher, microwave and oven, but should never be placed directly on stovetop burners.
To ensure a long life for your pottery, this is a list of things that are NOT recommended to do:
- Placing a cold dish into a preheated oven
- Immersing a hot dish into cold water or a freezer
- Putting a dish too close to the heating element in the oven
- Dropping the pottery on a hard surface
Shipping
We offer a variable flat rate based on your location and order size and Free Shipping for orders over $120, using USPS ground advantage for most orders.
We ship all orders within 1-3 business days, using sustainable, eco-friendly packaging materials.
Usually, you'll get your pottery within 3-7 business days from the moment you buy it. Sometimes, though, deliveries out west might take a bit longer.
Returns / Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy from the moment of delivery.
To be eligible, ensure the item is unused and returned in its original packaging or equivalent.
To initiate a return/exchange, please contact us at support@blanketcreekpottery.com with your order number and we will provide you with a return label. Once we get the item back, we will issue a refund with a deduction of $9 to cover the return shipping.

Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item was damaged in transit, please email us a picture of it and save the product and its packing material for us to be able to initiate a damage claim.
We will send out an immediate replacement, and let you know if any further steps are needed.

The quality is as described. The pie dish is beautiful. The shipping was excellent. I have an overseas military address and Blanket Creek Pottery had my order here in a week (Amazon doesn't even get stuff to me that fast!)! I did not have to use the customer service but I assume it is just as great as the rest of my interactions with this company! Bravo!
The colors and design are just gorgeous, and the quality is great. I love handmade pottery. I bought two of these pie plates for gifts, but I'm definitely keeping one for myself. My sisters will be so jealous. The dishes were packed well, and arrived as expected.

I love the things that Paul and Yael make for their design and colors. I bought other items from them before, and they are made to last.
This pie plate is no exception. I like the thickness of the walls; they are thin enough that the plate looks elegant but thick enough so it's sturdy. And, importantly, it bakes well.
Also, Paul is quick to respond, and they always ship items quickly. I'd recommend this seller.
