All of our products are food safe and can be used in a dishwasher, microwave and oven, but should never be placed directly on stovetop burners.
To ensure a long life for your pottery, this is a list of things that are NOT recommended to do:

• Placing a cold dish into a preheated oven
  
• Immersing a hot dish into cold water or a freezer
• Putting a dish too close to the heating element in the oven
  
• Dropping the pottery on a hard surface
  
  

Shipping

We offer a variable flat rate based on your location and order size and Free Shipping for orders over $120, using USPS ground advantage for most orders.

We ship all orders within 1-3 business days, using sustainable, eco-friendly packaging materials.
Usually, you'll get your pottery within 3-7 business days from the moment you buy it. Sometimes, though, deliveries out west might take a bit longer.

Returns / Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy from the moment of delivery.
To be eligible, ensure the item is unused and returned in its original packaging or equivalent.

To initiate a return/exchange, please contact us at support@blanketcreekpottery.com with your order number and we will provide you with a return label. Once we get the item back, we will issue a refund with a deduction of $9 to cover the return shipping.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item was damaged in transit, please email us a picture of it and save the product and its packing material for us to be able to initiate a damage claim.
We will send out an immediate replacement, and let you know if any further steps are needed.
